Each box contains a total of 60 pounds of pork and includes:

(30) Breakfast sausage in 1 oz. links, 1 lb. packages

(10) Pork Chops, 2 per pkg, mixture of centers cut, blade, and sirloin cut chops, 3/4" thick

(1) Boston Butt, 5 lbs (bone-in)

(2) Spare Ribs ("St. Louis Style")

(8) Smoked bacon

(1) 5 lb bags of ground pork fat
